If you’ve followed my Twitter @JarodCapitalA or my Facebook PAGE , you’ve seen my talk, tweet, face about a company called STATE Bicycle Co... Even on this blog I’ve spoken about them, local to AZ, young dudes running it for 2 years and their knack for making a good valued bike with rad colors and just a cool brand…

I caught one for myself as an early Christmas gift + it this bike will be officially my wheels around the paddock of Formula Drift events for the 2012 season, hence the color way matches the Formula drift steez…

STATE BICYCLE CO just launched their official Fixed Gear Free Style aka FGFS in 2 colorways, the Cuplrit and the model I caught is the Suspect….

Headed to the STATE HQ for assembly…

I had to customize the bike with some custom parts from the homies at Animal…
Animal makes solid stuff for BMX and is applicable for Fixed as well…

Here it is, outside of the pedals, grips and stem everything comes along with it even including less expensive Animal pedals & Hold Fast foot straps...

Truth be told I’VE NEVER ridden fixed gear so I’m learning as I go along, we’ll see how I do…
I love the bike it’s fun around the neighborhood so far…

Right before Christmas for the last few years I’ve had the opportunity to MC Formula Drift Malaysia, this year is no different…
So off to Malaysia I and some other Formula Drift characters hit the road…

BTW, I fit and carried on everything I needed from Thurs midday to Monday afternoon in THIS Incipio Weekender bag incl:
2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of shorts, 7 t-shirts, 5 collared shirts, underwear, socks, toiletries, one pair of shoes, chargers, iPad, headphones, magazines, iPod & that’s for real!

Wednesday night I rode with my friends at State Bicycle that organize a Wed night ride called LOOPS, this is my friend DJ Diesel, good times on a cold night!

Thursday rode road bikes with my homie & 2010 Pro Lite Champion, Casey Currie

I had to case him up with an INCIPIO NGP for his iPhone4, duh!

So Parker & I went to go check out his truck over at Firebird Raceway, where they’re racing this weekend…
Parker just got hired!

Headed to LA, Hollywood & MiLK Studios for the heavily anticipated reveal of the……….
Scion FR-S

I was hired to MC the event aka “hypeman” at a very cool event!

Yep, the Scion FR-S version of the 2WD, some have called the ToyBaru, now deemed the Toyota GT-86 in Japan and Europe and the Subaru BR-Z chassis but in North America it will be the FR-S and it’s SICK!
I’m deeming this car the “Game Changer” I mean it’s RWD, almost 200hp, cool looking & should be priced respectfully….

So follow me to LA to see the Scion FR-S reveal…
